Oh yes, oh YES!  This is my son, Matthew, and his wonderful fiancee, Joan Kelley Bierman!  They have been together since meeting while they were working on the film  Scooby Doo II, and as Joan’s mother and I love to say - a dog brought them together!  They will be married July 10th of this year, at the Ahmanson Ranch in California - a lovely natural area which is currently owned by the state.  This will be a wedding for the ages - good family, good friends, beautiful setting - I couldn’t be happier for them.  We are head over heels for Joan and her family, and feel so very blessed that she and Matthew have found one another!    Stay tuned - there will plenty of terrific pictures of the BIG DAY!

It’s time for the Spookytime Jingles update, and for this month and the next, we will have a special added feature - Holiday Hootenanny!

The artists will have special Easter related items for you, in addition to our customary Halloween and Christmas which we celebrate throughout the year.

Here’s a look at what I will be offering for the Hootenanny - two rabbit totems!

I will be creating some different totems with animals whose characteristics you might find you share!  You’ll have to check out stj tomorrow night around midnight Eastern time to find out if you or someone you know is like a rabbit!   A small clue - you are able to move quickly, even in the face of danger!  Wow!  That’s certainly a good quality!

Also, for my stj update, I will have Halloween and Christmas……..

Pfattmarketplace updates tonight!  yay!  In my previous post, I showed you the little potpourri pockets.   Now, brace yourselves for teeny tweets!  These little guys make the perfect personal gift.  You write a message on a slip of paper, and then insert it into the hollow branch.  These little feathered friends are a terrific way to say Thank You, Congratulations, Happy Birthday, I Love You, Happy Anniversary, etc. etc. AND the message lingers with the little bird as the gift!   Here they are - tweeting the old-fashioned way!  Enjoy, and see you around midnight Pacific time TONIGHT!

Pfatt marketplace will have its update in a few days, so I thought I would post one image of some pieces I will have at that time.  I have been working a lot in natural sculpting clay.  Here are some potpourri pockets, I am calling them, which can go about anywhere!  There is a small hole in the back for hanging from a nail.  Actually, these terrifically textured pieces could hold anything which isn’t wet.

Think of the possibilities………potpourri or drieds - those would be nice…..pencils, pens - sorta dull……..wrapped CANDY! CHOCOLATE!  That’s the idea!  Join all of us just as the clock strikes midnight, going into February 10th!  There is always a lot of wonderful work!

As I was reading news on my homepage this morning, I came across an article on the new look for the board game Monopoly.  How many of you grew up with this fab pasttime?  I spent hours playing with my friends as a child, then in college, then with adult friends, and then with my son and his friends.  Well, folks, the look is changing.  Follow this link to see what is happening to an icon in games! A round board??????????   What gives here!  What happened to those great stops along the way?   Bring back the oldies!  They were good enough for me!
