It’s just 2 1/2 weeks until Christmas!  Gasp!  I haven’t even done my shopping, but that’s okay.  I enjoy going to my fave stores – Barnes & Noble is at the top of my list.  I could spend days there – who am I kidding!  I HAVE spent days there!  Now that I have returned from doing my shows, I’ll have more time to browse the books and magazines, grab something to nibble on, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays.

Because I enjoy festive decorating and wearing of the holiday colors, I’ll be showing some holiday pins when pfattmarketplace updates on the 10th of this month.  Here’s a sneak peek at some of the goodies!  More in a day or two!

It’s one week until my big Christmas Market here in Virginia Beach – Thanksgiving weekend.  I”ve been working on inventory like crazy.  Where do you think we’ll be eating our holiday meal?????

I’ve been a slacker when it comes to my blog lately – life intervenes and waaay too much going on.  So, it’s November 1, and I shall make an effort to keep everyone up-to-date!  Good plan!

Here they are!  The Santa WIPS which I posted last week are completed, and ready to go to Reasons to Believe, and then hopefully, on to new homes!  Yes!  They range in size from 6 inches to 8 1/2 inches, and are full of personality!  Enjoy!

I thought you all might like to see some WIPS which will be sent to Reasons to Believe.  This is a wonderful site for all things Santa!  There are some terrific artists whose works are represented there, and I am fortunate to have my work included.  Enjoy!  I’ll post the finished pieces next week!

I’ve been somewhat quiet lately, because I just did one big show last weekend here in Virginia Beach, and will be doing another this upcoming weekend in Williamsburg.  If you are in the neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to stop by on Saturday or Sunday for a nice show at Trinkle Hall on the campus of William & Mary! It’s the Grand Illumination weekend in this historic area, so there will be lots of activities, culminating with the fireworks and lighting of the town Sunday evening!  Wowee!  The show is open 9-5 pm on Saturday and 10-5 pm on Sunday!

Yes!  They are certainly kicking up their  heels, aren’t they?!  This is one of thirteen new designs I have created for my first holiday collection for needlepointers!  Check back here later on in the early summer to find out where you can buy them!

Nearly Christmas, and with the rushing around, the preparations, etc., it is easy to forget that what I think we all want for one another is something we cannot buy.  This year, I created a special Santa for Reasons to Believe.  I am posting the link here, so that you can go to that image and see what it is that I wish for all of you!  May all of you have a quiet, meaningful holiday, and may you have the good health to enjoy it all!
